Gradient Chemicals was started his business with providing consultancy for product and process development for the textile chemicals.we had provided technical services for the product and process development to some of the marketing companies in Karachi before starting production.The core area in which we are specialized is the Sillicon oil and their derivatives.Weprovide the technical services for the product and process development of Silicon oil,organo-modified silicon and their derivatives.
Gradient was established in 2013 with strong research background.Gradient Chemicals is an intermediate chemicals and petrochemicals manufecturing firm has started his own manufecturing from December 2018.

Products
In many of the manufacturing processes foaming is a major problem which directly or indirectly effect the product quality, productivity and production cost. In some of the processes foam is the foremost cause for operational failure and process troubleshooting. Foam controlling agents are the chemicals which destroy the foam and resist to further formation. Antifoams are divided in some major classifications based on carrier solvent used for active material. The cla Water based antifoams are the micro or macro emulsions of active matter in water system and recommended to use in water system directly.
- Oil based antifoams are also emulsions of active matter in mineral and vegetable oils. They are recommended to use in nonpolar or polar system.
Oil Based Antifoam
- We are offeringdifferent grades of water based and oil based antifoaming agents. Water based antifoams are the emulsion of silicon compound as an active matter. ANTIFOAM AFO-X is highly stable and uniformly dispersed in water system. We are also offering silicon free anti-foams based on fatty oils and mineral oil.
